If we talk about LeasePlan Corporation, we are talking about an international company and a leader in the vehicle leasing sector. To deeply understand the type of company it is and its weight in its sector, the data we provide below are truly representative:

LeasePlan’s Needs
The collaboration we started with LeasePlan is one of the most comprehensive we have carried out at easyap. The reason is that the brand wanted to digitize its entire invoice workflow. That is, it’s a project involving several of the services we offer. Likewise, we set to work to develop a system adapted to their business and with which they could:
- Issue electronic invoices to their various types of customers.
- Receive invoices from their multiple suppliers.
- Be able to connect with the SII (Immediate Supply of Information to the AEAT)
That is, software to manage invoicing processes in a unified way and that, at the same time, would allow compliance with the corresponding tax requirements.
easyap’s Results
With that idea, easyap developed a customized portal for LeasePlan, with which they have already achieved the following results:
- More than 1,000,000 invoices issued.
- More than 1,100,000 records in the system.
- More than 50,000 suppliers and clients managed in the software.
