Work Methodology
easyap approaches all projects and services using the Six Sigma methodology.
The central idea behind the Six Sigma Methodology is to be able to measure defects originating from a specific process and systematically eliminate them consistently almost entirely.
Main elements of Quality…Client, Process, Employee.
The Method
- DEFINE expectations and business processes.
- MEASURE process performance.
- Conduct a preliminary ANALYSIS of data and processes.
- Generate, select, design, and implement IMPROVEMENTS.
- Institutionalize improvements and implement CONTROLS
The Client
Clients are the core of quality; they define it. They demand good performance, trust, competitive prices, on-time deliveries, good service, clear and correct transactions, and more.
For every attribute that influences Client perception, being good is not enough; the satisfaction of our Clients is a necessity.
The Employee
People generate results. Involving all employees is essential for our drive for quality.
We are committed to incentivizing our employees to focus their talent and energy on satisfying Clients.
All our employees are trained to account for and apply Six Sigma quality measurements and techniques.
The Process
Quality requires us to view a process from the Client’s perspective, not our own. In other words, we must view our processes from the outside in.
By understanding the lifecycle of a transaction, within the client’s needs and processes, we can discover what they are truly seeing and feeling.
With this knowledge, we can identify where value and relevant improvements can be added from their perspective.
