Since its inception in 2009, ECOALF has not stopped growing in the fashion sector with a crystal-clear message: an environmentally friendly industry is possible. In just 12 years, through sustainability and innovation, it has positioned itself as a textile benchmark in various countries, with all that this implies in terms of managed operations.

At easyap, we wanted to tackle the challenge of optimizing the entire invoice reception process for a leading company with significant growth potential. So we proceeded to implement our solution for ECOALF in their systems for Spain, Germany, and France.
Given such a large volume of operations, with diverse and highly specific suppliers, how did we believe we could improve the invoice reception for this sustainable fashion benchmark? By installing and using a single mailbox for the reception of all invoices within the same program. In this mailbox, we take care of validating these invoices to later, through our workflows, process them, conform them, apply approval and coding workflows, and also resolve any potential incidents that may arise.
The result is a single space within the same system where each and every received invoice is managed. Everything is managed in one place, regardless of the invoice type or supplier type, from its reception to its payment, including any incidents that may arise during the process.
