In accordance with personal data protection legislation, and any other relevant and current applicable legislation, the user is informed that the personal data provided will be processed by the controller solely for the purposes described in the corresponding form. The user is also informed that failure to provide the data requested in the forms on the website makes it impossible to fulfill the purpose for which the data is collected.

Sending of information by any means, including electronic means

In the event that you have consented to the sending of commercial information by any means, including electronic means, we inform you that the personal data provided will be processed to keep you informed about EASYAP’s activities.

We inform you that EASYAP will retain your data as long as you do not revoke the given consent, request the deletion of your data, or object to its processing, and without prejudice to its retention while legal obligations affecting EASYAP persist.

If you have completed the contact form on the EASYAP website, we inform you that, in accordance with data protection legislation, the personal data provided in the form will be processed by EASYAP to address your inquiry. The Entity relies on the data subject’s consent, given by completing and submitting the form and by ticking the box accepting this Privacy Policy.

We inform you that your personal data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to fulfill your request, as long as you do not revoke your consent, and without prejudice to its retention while applicable legal obligations to EASYAP persist.

Regarding all processing activities

Data disclosure to third parties

No data will be transferred to third parties except where legally required. However, for the proper provision of services, EASYAP may need to disclose certain personal data to third parties that provide services to it, exclusively for the proper functioning of the company. In any case, any such data disclosures will be made under a data processing agreement with said third parties, for the provision of services to EASYAP, which will involve the third party accessing personal information. In this regard, EASYAP will have the corresponding data processing agreements with third parties that process or access EASYAP’s personal data, in compliance with data protection regulations.

Exercising your rights

We also inform you that you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability concerning your personal data, as well as the option to withdraw your consent. These rights can be exercised by sending an email to dpo@easyap.com. The request must include your name, surname, address, the right you wish to exercise, and the details of your request.

Please note that you may withdraw your consent at any time.

EASYAP commits to addressing requests submitted, whether via email or letter. EASYAP will respond within one month of receiving the request. However, please be aware that a two-month extension may be necessary, depending on the complexity and volume of requests. Such an extension will be communicated within one month of receiving the initial request.

Finally, especially if you are not satisfied with the exercise of your rights, you have the right to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority. To do so, you should contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency, either through the electronic channels provided for this purpose or via its physical address: C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001-Madrid.

Maintenance of data

The data subject undertakes to keep the data provided to EASYAP duly updated. Should the data provided by the data subject be false, incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, the data subject will be held responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, material or immaterial, that may consequently be caused to a third party or to EASYAP. EASYAP reserves the right to terminate the services provided to the data subject, as well as any relationship, without prejudice to any other legal actions that may apply.
