E-Invoicing

Current reality

Dealing with invoices means costs for both the issuer and the receiver of the invoice. Electronic invoice, understood as legally accepted, will help speeding up the invoice process and therefore reducing costs.

Electronic invoice is not only the near future but also immediate present (mandatory when issued to Spanish public institutions). There are, however, some issues that need to be solved before electronic invoice is massively used:

• Workload moved from issuer to receiver

Our proposal

Easyap has designed a working model to eliminate the existing problems so that the advantages of the electronic invoice benefit both process actors: issuer and receiver.

Easyap has developed a portal to issue and receive electronic invoices which connects customer and supplier, eliminating technological barriers and helping both sides of the transaction. Pay per use model (issue / receipt of invoices), independent of accounting erp systems and capable of dealing with all various formats of electronic invoices, no initial investment is needed.
